Project Overview
Addelec engaged our team to deliver a full-scale infrastructure installation in Mackay, QLD, focused on deploying ABB EV charging systems and supporting electrical upgrades. The scope of work included:
- Installation of a new 400A Main Switch Board with 240mm 3-phase cabling
- Underground power supply to two ABB Terra 184 DC Fast Chargers using 185mm 3-phase cabling
- Installation of 2 x ABB Terra 184 DC Fast Chargers
- Installation of a 6-meter streetlight with PE cell
- CCTV setup featuring a 270° fisheye camera
- Data network installation and termination using Cat6a shielded cabling
- All trenching works
- Installation of Concrete foundations for chargers, Main Switch Board, and streetlight
- Backfill and compaction of trenches
- Reinstallation of asphalt
- Installation of topsoil and Grass seed
- Line marking of the site
- Temporary fencing and waste disposal for the site
